YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THIS SITE IS AND SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY ANY SUCH MODIFICATIONS, ALTERATIONS OR UPDATES.

 

1.) Uploaded Content Requirements:

We strongly recommend that content uploaded to Bravo Printing for print fulfillment is: At a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%). Content that does not meet this standard may experience print or images that are fuzzy, pixelated, or otherwise distorted for which Bravo Printing does not accept any responsibility. We reserve the right to reject content that does not meet this standard, but we do not assume any obligation to verify that the content meets this criterion. Designed in CMYK and uploaded to Bravo Printing in CMYK with no embedded color profile. (You may upload in RGB or some other standard if you choose, however, the color will be converted and Bravo Printing is not responsible for any inaccuracy or color shift that occurs as a result of the conversion).

 

2.) Color Quality:

Bravo Printing guarantees that its prints will meet CMYK industry standards. We cannot guarantee “match-print” color fidelity and cannot prevent a slight color shift throughout an order. Because we cannot control the color reproduction of a customer’s computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the actual print color will precisely match any preview as it appears your monitor. Bravo Printing is not responsible for any color shift in converted photographs (RGB images) with black, near black, or gray tones. Color shifts from a perceived black or gray must be addressed prior to file submission. Proofs do not guarantee black, near black, or gray final output. Please note that the application of UV coating may have an effect upon or change the appearance of printed colors. Bravo Printing is not liable for the final color appearance of a UV coated product.

 

3.) Over/Under Runs:

Although we endeavor to ship the quantity ordered, Bravo Printing reserves the right to ship within 5% over or under the requested quantity. If a minimum quantity is a necessity we recommend that you adjust the total quantity ordered to account for the possibility of an underrun.

 

4.) Order Approval/ Proo ng:

Bravo Printing has and assumes no obligation to proof or otherwise review the content or layout of your order. Even if a Bravo Printing customer service representative has inquired as to the attributes of one of your prior orders, you are not entitled nor should you assume that Bravo Printing will review any other order you place. Orders are printed in their “as submitted” form and the customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout verification and approval prior to submission to the print process. Bravo Printing DOES NOT make any changes to customer files. Once you submit an order to the print process you are agreeing that you are fully satisfied with the document layout and content and you accept responsibility for any errors therein. Bravo Printing will assume that you have verified the spelling, grammar, content, and layout, etc. are all correct and it will not accept any liability for errors such as misspelling, graphics, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, transparency, overprint, improper layout, bleeding, erroneous cut or fold lines, die lines or crop marks, sizing, etc. 

Bravo Printing does not provide proofs of any order unless the customer requests it as part of the order process and it is an option available for the product. If you request a proof then it is your responsibility to verify the proof against the original (and to correct any spelling or grammatical errors, etc). If a proof is requested, then your job will not be processed or deemed production ready until you have approved the proof in writing. Please be aware that this may impact the job turnaround time.

 

 5.) Payment:

All prices and dollar amounts on this Website are in United States dollars. Bravo Printing presently accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers. In order for you to register with and order products and services from Bravo Printing, it is necessary for you to provide and keep on file a valid, authentic, and current credit card, which you are authorized to use. By submitting a credit card number to Bravo Printing you are representing and warranting that the credit card information you provide is valid, authentic, current, and one that you are authorized to use it. You agree that in the event the credit card information you have provided becomes invalid, out of date or that you are no longer authorized to use the card, you will immediately provide another credit card number that is valid, authentic and current, and which you are authorized to use. Some electronic transactions may require extended processing in addition to credit card authorization. You will be notified by a Bravo Printing customer service representative if extended processing is required to complete your transaction request through our Website. This may affect your estimated delivery date. Unless Bravo Printing agrees otherwise, all product and service orders must be paid for at the time of the order and accompanied by an authorization to charge a credit card on file with Bravo Printing or to charge a valid, authentic and current credit card, which you are authorized to use, that you provide at the time of the order. (If new credit card information is provided at the time of the order it will be added to the credit card information kept on file; Bravo Printing will not assume that previously provided credit card information is not valid). If a charge against a credit card you provide is not authorized or accepted or is subsequently refused or rejected, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice or liability. In the event you make one or more changes to an existing order that incur additional charges, those charges will be applied to the credit card that was used for the original order, or to an alternative credit card that you provide to us. In the event that Bravo Printing and you have agreed upon an alternative method of payment and the payment is not received within 5 business days of the date on which payment was due you hereby irrevocably agree that Bravo Printing may charge one or more of the credit card(s) you have on file for the full amount of your outstanding account balance.

 

6.) Order Cancellation:

A print order can be canceled at any time prior to it entering into production. If you cancel an order prior to it entering into production a Bravo Printing Customer Service representative will inform you of any cancellation charges incurred. (Please allow at least 10 business days for any refunded monies to be credited to your account). A print order cannot be canceled and no refund will be given once it has entered into production or any process thereafter. No refunds are issued for Logo and Graphic design services. All cancellations must be completed through this website by accessing your Pending Orders. If you do not see a button for cancellation, the job has gone into production and cannot be canceled. If within forty-five (45) days or later of you placing an order and Bravo Printing has not received any files or incomplete files from which to complete your job, Bravo Printing may at its option cancel the order and refund any payment charged to your credit card.

 

7.) Return Policy:

Bravo Printing focuses on providing all our clients with the best possible printing experience and products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please promptly contact our customer Quality Assurance department by calling our toll free number and pressing 3. You may also submit a Help Desk Ticket in the “Problems with my job” category. Quality Assurance will document your complaint and create a ticket for you to reference as we investigate how to best resolve the issue. All defects/order issues must be reported to Bravo Printing within 10 days of receiving your order.

We offer full refunds as house credit, reprints on defective print orders, or mutually agreed-upon partial house credit.

The determination of order defects is at the discretion of management. The client will be requested to submit digital photos to document the product’s defects. In some cases, Client will be required to ship the defective product(s) back to Quality Assurance at their own expense and in an agreed-upon reasonable time frame. In cases where the order is required to be shipped back to Quality Assurance at Client expense, Bravo Printing may reimburse Client for shipping if a defect is determined to exist.

Any charges related to expedited orders, such as rush printing or shipping, are non-refundable for defective products unless UPS delivers a defective product or fails to deliver an order.

Turnaround time and shipping options for reprinted orders vary due to available production capacity and are at the manager’s discretion.

Direct mail services are not subject to the above stated standard return policies and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for potential refunds or reprints.

All policies are subject to change without prior notification.

 

8.) Turnaround Time:

Although we make every possible effort to turn jobs around in the estimated times offered, your job may require more time due to unforeseeable or uncontrollable circumstances or finishing services added onto the job. We will not credit customers if a job runs past the estimated turnaround time. TURNAROUND TIMES ARE AN ESTIMATE, NOT A GUARANTEE!

 

9.) Due Dates During Holiday Closures:

Turn Times and Due Dates will be increased during any Holiday Closure we have. Please understand that any order in production during a holiday or placed on the holiday will be pushed by a 1-day minimum. The due date will not read properly so please make note of any holidays and turn times.

 

10.) Shipping Prices:

Our Shipping prices include a handling fee.

 

11.) Use of Artwork:

You understand and agree that we license photos and other artwork, hereinafter referred to as Images, from various Licensors and/or Copyright Holders. We are licensed to use the Images as permitted in their respective license(s). These Images are used in our design online templates, hereinafter referred to as Templates. You are required to comply with the limitations on how the Images and/or Templates can be used.

 

12.) You May Not:

Use Images and/or Templates together with pornographic, defamatory, or unlawful content or in such a manner that it infringes upon any Bravo Printing or third party’s trademark or intellectual property rights.

Use the Images and/or Templates in a way that places any person depicted in the Images and/or Templates in a bad light or in a way that they may find offensive – this includes, but is not limited to, the use of Images a) in pornography; b) in advertisements or promotional materials for tobacco products; c) in advertisements or promotional materials for adult entertainment clubs or similar venues, or for escort services; d) in advertisements or promotional materials for dating services; e) in connection with political endorsements; f) in advertisements or promotional materials for pharmaceutical or healthcare, herbal or medical products, including, but not limited to dietary supplements, digestive aids, herbal supplements, personal hygiene or birth control products if the use implies that the depicted person engages in any immoral or illegal activity or suffers from physical or mental infirmity, ailment or condition.

Use any Images and/or Templates (in whole or in part) as a trademark, service mark, logo, or other indication of origin, or as part thereof, or to otherwise endorse or imply the endorsement of any goods and/or services.

Falsely represent, expressly or by way of reasonable implication, that you or a person other than the copyright holder(s) of the Images and/or Templates created the Images and/or Templates.

We are required to provide Licensors and/or Copyright Holders with the names of the users who access Images and/or Templates. By signing below, you are also confirming that you understand this and are granting us permission to provide your name and contact information as may be required. In the event that anything in this section contradicts any of the agreements or licenses we have with Licensors and/or Copyright Holders regarding the Images and/or Templates, the terms of those agreements shall govern.

If you use Images and/or Templates in any way prohibited above or in any agreements between us and Licensors and/or Copyright Holders it will result in liability in accordance with the terms of our agreements with Licensors and/or Copyright Holders.

 

13.) Errors, Corrections, and Changes:

Occasionally there may be information on our Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right (and we will use commercially reasonable efforts) to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Additionally, we reserve the right to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

 

14.) Information & Content You Submit to Us:

By using our Website, you agree that any information (except for purchase information as applicable), materials, suggestions, ideas or comments you send to us or any other third party using our Website is not confidential. By submitting any solicited or unsolicited information using our Website, you grant to us and our affiliates an irrevocable and unrestricted license to use, modify, reproduce, transmit, display and distribute such materials, information, suggestions, ideas or comments for any purpose whatsoever, to the extent permitted by law.

We are not responsible for the content you provide to us. Specifically, we are not responsible for any content that violates trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the use of a union bug. We are not a union shop and are not authorized to print materials with a union bug. If you submit content with a union bug, we will not print any such content if the union bug is observed during our quality control process. Jobs that violate this union bug policy will automatically forfeit monies collected. Refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be at the sole discretion of our company.
